“These guys are probably the best in customer service compared to any other business I've dealt with. I had way too many questions about storm panels, mounting, code requirements, and everything else. Not once did I hear a sigh, complaint, or get asked if I was stupid. They worked with me on what I needed, where to get it, and advice on how to cut and mount the panels/tracks. Their pricing blows Lowe's out of the water as well. Doing 4 windows on my home cost what Lowe's wanted for just the panels to cover one of my windows”

“My husband and I went into Kalos on a whim to check out flooring, porcelain tiles, and vanities. Everyone was stellar, and we ended up ordering our tile from Justin. He was attentive, always there when we needed him, and never pushy. We wished we would have used Justin to decorate our condo, as he is exceptional at function and aesthetics. We will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend anyone to do the same. Awesome experience.”
“So very pleased with the helpful service I received tonight at the Cutler Bay Home Depot when buying a portable generator and air conditioner in perparation for what will soon be Hurricane Ian. The guys helping me got on the ladder to verify the stock of portable generators at the store, helped me load the (very heavy) generator onto my cart, and helped verify the generator could power the portable a/c unit. At checkout, my card was declined because of the large amount of the purchase, and the staff were very, very patient in helping me try different point-of-sale machines to verify it was indeed a card issue. A call to my credit card company resolved that issue, and once I finally purchased everything, they helped me load the generator into my car. These folks are truly the unsung heroes of retail when a storm is on the way. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service and helpful attitude in answering my numerous questions. 10/10.”
“My wife went Saturday because our kitchen sink pvc pipe broke. She had gone to other home depot and they kept giving her the wrong help. Oscar from plumbing was able to help and we were able to fix our leaking pvc pipe. Oscar saved the day. He was patient and knowledgeable, we don't have any leaking pipes anymore.”

That was awesome. My only complaint about all Home Depot’s is that the place is always so dusty! Otherwise it’s been a great experience.”

They have household appliances, gardening, plumbing, floors of all types, paint and wood. You can also find the parts you need in your home for any repair.”
“I recently visited this Lowe’s Outlet store. Jay assisted us, and I must make his exceptional service known. From the moment we entered the store, he was very friendly and welcoming. When we were searching in the store for a specific item he came back to check in to see if we have any questions. His level of knowledge and dedication was a big help as we are first time home buyers. He has went above and beyond each time we have visited the store. Despite the busy store environment, Jay maintained a positive attitude and made us feel valued as a customer. Every Home Depot I’ve been At most people are very nonchalant to customers and questions are not answered; However, at this store, Eliseo impressed me so much with how extremely well he treated us how knowledgeable he was about the whole store. “I was looking for Bed Risers (I recommend very happy how it lifted my bed) suppose to be in store/in stock I ran into a Latin female employee that was talking to another one she said Isle 16 could not find it I walk back to her she said then we don't have it never seen them the one talking to her said I'll show you started asking me about Air C. had no idea what I was talking about I even had a screen shot I was showing her so I said I'll go look for a male employee Iam sure they'll know. The first one I ran into was MIKE he went to isle 16 said they are suppose to be in this spot he look up to some close boxes and said let me get a ladder took box down and gave me a set. MIKE is very nice polite knowledgeable helpful and goes out of his way to help I give him 5 Stars. This Home Depot is my favorite 2999 SW 32 AVE.”
