“It was 3 PM and I just remembered it was National Daughters Day. Having 2 young girls, I knew they would love to receive flowers. Despite it being last minute, Juan agreed to make and deliver 2 bouquets to my girls as I was out of town. Upon receipt of the flowers, my girls said they were “the most beautiful flowers they’ve ever seen in their lives!!!” Juan took the time to use each girl’s favorite colors in their respective bouquets. I bought Cranberry hibiscus plants from them and the plants were in perfect condition and wrapped beautifully and carefully.The plants have flourished here at Gipsy Hill Farm.I will use these plants for decorative purposes here on the farm in salads as garnish as well as in bouquets. I highly recommended their plants. Please see the hibiscus used in my vases!”

“I recently bought a machete at this facility and I order a washer machine check up. The washer machine service was expensive but on time. The whole thing went in the wrong direction cause I did a negative statement about the quality of the machete. The owner answered me in a very disrespectful way staying that what I said was no true base on the fact that he sells this item to professional gardening personnel and they don't complain. I told him that I didn't use it in a heavy-duty project, but it lost the sharpen edge. Again he discredited me as a customer insinuating that I was inventing the story. I an not the only one here saying that this business owner is rude,disrespectful and no professional at all. I will write letter to Echo canyon to review the franchise they”

“Great experience. Lala was very attentive and helpful identifying a new pot to transfer our overgrown Ficus Lyrata. She also helped coordinate the in-home service. On arrival, the team (Eric and Kevin) were puntual, friendly and efficient. The team was very careful with the transfer of the plant. They were also very knowledgeable and offered helpful maintenance tips. The team also cleaned up after they were done. We are very happy with the service and look forward to returning once again for more plants. Thank you.”

“So very pleased with the helpful service I received tonight at the Cutler Bay Home Depot when buying a portable generator and air conditioner in perparation for what will soon be Hurricane Ian. The guys helping me got on the ladder to verify the stock of portable generators at the store, helped me load the (very heavy) generator onto my cart, and helped verify the generator could power the portable a/c unit. At checkout, my card was declined because of the large amount of the purchase, and the staff were very, very patient in helping me try different point-of-sale machines to verify it was indeed a card issue. A call to my credit card company resolved that issue, and once I finally purchased everything, they helped me load the generator into my car. These folks are truly the unsung heroes of retail when a storm is on the way. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service and helpful attitude in answering my numerous questions. 10/10.”

“Drove down to Homestead from Orlando last week and stopped by Action Theory Nursery to buy some plants. The company has a very large selection of plants from which to choose. I did buy some plants to take back to Orlando with me and the value is fantastic for what you get. Dollar for dollar you cannot beat the prices. The employees are very helpful and patient in working with you to pick out the best plants. Definitely worth stopping to see what is available.”

“Great place for hard to find plants at a fair price. I was looking for Brazilian red cloak. I called in the morning a little before they opened and they called me back shortly after and confirmed they did have the plant I was looking for. It’s a wonderful natural garden with lots of tropical plants and exotic species. We enjoyed strolling around the established gardens while looking for plants. A very nice & helpful guy in a golf cart picked up all the plants we wanted to buy and brought them up front. He also showed us where to find specific plants we were looking for.”
“My wife went Saturday because our kitchen sink pvc pipe broke. She had gone to other home depot and they kept giving her the wrong help. Oscar from plumbing was able to help and we were able to fix our leaking pvc pipe. Oscar saved the day. He was patient and knowledgeable, we don't have any leaking pipes anymore.”
