“This is not your typical Nursery, they have a wide selection and all are very healthy plants, but the best part is the customer service, I called the day before to see if they hand plantain plants and they did and well priced and when I went the next day Yani help me with what I was looking for but she was very knowledgeable of everything I saw and very kind to my kids who came along the customer service she provided you don't even see in five start hotels today! They office was very clean and decorated for the holidays which was nice I was able to take some pictures with the kids and even pick up a miracle fruit plant because it looked so good ?. Highly recommend”

“I recently bought a machete at this facility and I order a washer machine check up. The washer machine service was expensive but on time. The whole thing went in the wrong direction cause I did a negative statement about the quality of the machete. The owner answered me in a very disrespectful way staying that what I said was no true base on the fact that he sells this item to professional gardening personnel and they don't complain. I told him that I didn't use it in a heavy-duty project, but it lost the sharpen edge. Again he discredited me as a customer insinuating that I was inventing the story. I an not the only one here saying that this business owner is rude,disrespectful and no professional at all. I will write letter to Echo canyon to review the franchise they”

“Huge selection of rare plants. I picked up a curry tree and a mulberry and porter weed. They will usually drive you around in a golf cart to search what you are looking for. They take cash or debit. The staff was friendly and even came down a little in price.”
“I’d like to give a 5 star review to Eddie who was working in the bath department on 5-19 late afternoon. My daughter and I were looking for an expandable towel bar. We were discussing whether the bar would fit. Eddie came by to ask if we needed help. We told him we’d found what we needed. He suggested a way to cut down the towel bar in case we found it was too long. Problem solved and purchase made. He didn’t have to stop, but we truly appreciate that he did. He had a lovely, friendly, warm energy that made our trip to the store so much better! Thank you Eddie- great job!”
“We recently remodeled our bathroom and my closet is attached to the bathroom and so we ordered carpet and we were extremely happy with the carpet with the sales lady at the store and then the installation that they provided was top-notch. “Drove down to Homestead from Orlando last week and stopped by Action Theory Nursery to buy some plants. The company has a very large selection of plants from which to choose. I did buy some plants to take back to Orlando with me and the value is fantastic for what you get. Dollar for dollar you cannot beat the prices. The employees are very helpful and patient in working with you to pick out the best plants. Definitely worth stopping to see what is available.”
