“This is not your typical Nursery, they have a wide selection and all are very healthy plants, but the best part is the customer service, I called the day before to see if they hand plantain plants and they did and well priced and when I went the next day Yani help me with what I was looking for but she was very knowledgeable of everything I saw and very kind to my kids who came along the customer service she provided you don't even see in five start hotels today! They office was very clean and decorated for the holidays which was nice I was able to take some pictures with the kids and even pick up a miracle fruit plant because it looked so good ?. Highly recommend”

“I recently bought a machete at this facility and I order a washer machine check up. The washer machine service was expensive but on time. The whole thing went in the wrong direction cause I did a negative statement about the quality of the machete. The owner answered me in a very disrespectful way staying that what I said was no true base on the fact that he sells this item to professional gardening personnel and they don't complain. I told him that I didn't use it in a heavy-duty project, but it lost the sharpen edge. Again he discredited me as a customer insinuating that I was inventing the story. I an not the only one here saying that this business owner is rude,disrespectful and no professional at all. I will write letter to Echo canyon to review the franchise they”

I did buy some plants to take back to Orlando with me and the value is fantastic for what you get. Dollar for dollar you cannot beat the prices. The employees are very helpful and patient in working with you to pick out the best plants. Definitely worth stopping to see what is available.”

Esther helped both of us out for like 2-days straight making sure we had everything we needed for the home remodeling project I am doing, especially because it is in another City. Esther went above and beyond to help us out and to make sure that my supplies were all order and ready to be delivered. Esther went out of her way to try and find a tile that shows ‘out of stock’, and she was able to locate it and order it for me. I am grateful that I had the this level of assistance since a project of this size and the amount of funds this takes, can be stressful and intimidating. 10/10, for Esther!”
