Best Ulta I've ever been to! I'm always hesitant to get my makeup done at a store but Gaby did a gorgeous look on me at MAC, and it lasted all day!! The best part is you pay $60 worth of MAC products and that's the exchange for the makeup! Tivona also did my eyebrows amazing at benefit!! highly recommend this ulta.

Who is giving this store 5 stars, this is laughable, really. Everyone in this store seems upset and not wanting to be there. I’m so confused, why not work somewhere you are happy or enjoy to be there at least. Really bad and unhelpful, associates. There’s this one employee who short and heavy set, ugh! She’s the worst, has the attitude like she owns ULTA. Go elsewhere!

I get very discouraged every time I go to store and no help is provided, not even an acknowledgment that you come into the shop. I had my hands full with products and the beauty advisor was unable to provided a basket even though after walking next to me in two occasions, I tried to catch her attention but I was in no luck. However the store looked organized and Dominique which is who ring me up was friendly and efficient.

I had a wedding to cater on the evening of 5/27/23. I arrived to this Ulta location around 115pm that day. I have sensitive skin and break out badly when using Bare Minerals, NARS, Too Faced, and MAC products. I remember in the past I've used Juvia's Place and didn't have issues, so I decided to give them a shot. I went to the store and was greeted pleasantly by staff. I found the JP product location and it was in the worst spot ever....right in the path to the checkout line. I was looking to purchase a powder foundation, concealers, a liquid foundation, and setting powder. I needed an objective opinion on color matching since I wasn't as familiar with the foundation products. I saw that there was (perhaps) a manager at the front not assisting anyone at that moment. I asked if she could help me get color-matched with JPs products. She said loudly, "WHAT?" as if I disturbed her. I apologized, and repeated my request. She looked so reluctant to assist me, I almost told her nevermind. I picked up one of the pressed powder foundation samples (there were only 5 samples available out of 20 shades) and she asked if she could match me with MAC instead. I told her I was allergic. I told her the brands I was allergic to. She then suggested Lancome. I told her that I wasn't familiar with Lancome and didn't want to risk trying them when I knew JP did not break me out in the past. She picked up a random pressed powder and gave it to me. I told her that I was concerned that the shade she chose was too light. She tells me that JP has limited color selection and that i needed to be open to choosing a different makeup brand (mind you, we were both looking at 20 shades for brown and dark skinned women in just the pressed powders alone...the liquid foundation has even MORE color selection). I picked up more JP products to test on myself and said, "thank you," dismissively. She said OK and left. it was already disappointing to see that there are plenty of products in the store, but no samples of those products to try, and then staff that are unwilling to assist in purchasing said products AT. YOUR. STORE. what are they walking around the store for, then? when the associate at the check out counter asked if anyone assisted me, i told her NO because i had to unfortunately assist myself. it was disgraceful.

For sometime now I’ve been looking for the tarte contour shape wand in all Ulta locations because I’ve heard great reviews, but it’s very difficult to get. Just the other day I contacted this store to check if there was any stock and the woman I spoke with confirmed! I was super excited and drove over. When I arrived I asked the cashier lady that I called about this product and waited a few minutes for her to only tell me that she wasn’t sure where the product was placed and there was none left! I was pretty annoyed since my time and gas was wasted.

For the love of life do not get the credit card. they will charge you more than what you paid for and will put extra charges on the card. No grace periods for paying the card. The only charges I have on the card are due to charges that have nothing to do with what I bought so if you don’t want to pay more than what you planned to, do not get it, it is a scam.

First time at ulta. Very disappointed employees are not friendly and didn't acknowledge any customers. I didn't get a hello or if I needed any assistance when I saw about 5 employees at the store.

The workers here need training on customer service. They really do try their best to ignore everyone, have no sense of urgency, and overall are NOT welcoming. I went in today to purchase one item and couldn’t find it anywhere. All the aisles were filled of boxes on the floor and employees couldn’t have cared less to organize them to allow for customers to walk through — they don’t want you to! To them, their body language comes off as if you’re in their personal space. Walked up and down give aisles and they were full of employees but no one ever greets. I had to excuse myself to get a product because since two employees were so busy with their own conversation, they couldn’t care less that they were blocking products from customers. It’s pretty sad to see management allow this kind of behavior and not be on top of making sure body language and organization are essential in running the store.

I have been a customer of ULTA since this was a practically unknown store, but every time I go to this particular ulta they make me feel like a criminal, they NEVER help you find what you want instead they watch you from all points as if you were going to steal , this is an attitude that makes me feel really uncomfortable I am in my fifties and my daughter is a teenager and they always have this attitude, just as a detail I have enough purchasing power to buy what I want ... but this store is garbage And not to mention the people at the hairdresser's. I think you should EDUCATE your employees, teach them good manners to be friendly and to have empathy for people, especially if they are customers.

Great clearance section! Workers won't ask if you need help unless they think you're stealing ? no greetings when you enter the store, so perfect location if you have anxiety, they'll leave u alone. Got 15 minutes of peace to myself until I tried looking for my concealer to color match it and was promptly asked if I need any help after rummaging thru my bag ? I then had to walk between the 4 different testing stations to get all the supplies that really put to be fully stocked at one, no cotton anything for my sensitive skin girlies ??anyway. They have a ton of bareMinerals foundation yellow ticketed at 90% off, happy Wednesday ??♀️

Probably the worst I’ve been treated at any Ulta location. Went in to find a few needs I needed to replenish. Stopped by the perfume section and needed help finding a perfume. Didn’t want to ask anybody because the only lady there was assisting somebody else and I didn’t want to interrupt. My boyfriend was shopping with me also and she noticed my boyfriend and I. She asks my boyfriend if he needed help he said yes and then he asked me which perfume I was looking for. I said the name and he said it to her then she looks at him up and down, IGNORES him and proceeds talking with the lady she assisting. I was in shock. I stepped away and I could not believe the disrespect. Why would you ask if we needed help in the first place if you were going to blatantly ignore us and disrespect us? I try not to be bothered and look for the things I need, they have nothing. None of the Pureology shampoo/conditioner I needed, not the mascara I use, not even make up remover. I’m so annoyed and I go to the front to give a complaint to the woman in the front and she ignores me as I’m trying to speak with her. I say excuse me? And she finally turns around but she rolls her eyes at me! I am astonished at the nastiness I’m being treated with. I ask if there’s a manager and she goes yeah but she’s busy she’s in the back if you want to try to look for her. I cannot believe the attitude I’m getting I tell her what happened with the associate and she’s looking past me as if to signal she’s not doing anything and she doesn’t care. I walked out with NOTHING. I shop at Ulta all the time, but this location was the WORST. Please. Treat people with basic human decency

This day was very frustrating for me.I got visa gift card on my birthday and tried to pay for my purchase with it. The cashier rejected it many times, but the balance was full.I was to leave without my purchase. And when I got home I used this card online. Now I need to pick up it and spend more time going back and forth. I guess their cashier are not working promptly with Visa Gift Cards.
