Specifically, Nicholas… this gentleman’s Heart for other people, is just so Admirable!! He stayed on the phone with me for almost 2 hours last night, as he researched & began a 3-way call with our insurance company directly. He seriously went ABOVE & BEYOND for my family.. and even though our issue is far from over, I cannot begin to explain how much sanity & comfort Nicholas has provided for my family this weekend. I felt terrible… I literally called up with an entire “opened can of worms”?, on a Friday evening, & Right at Closing Time??♀️!!
