Specifically, Nicholas… this gentleman’s Heart for other people, is just so Admirable!! He seriously went ABOVE & BEYOND for my family.. and even though our issue is far from over, I cannot begin to explain how much sanity & comfort Nicholas has provided for my family this weekend. I felt terrible… I literally called up with an entire “opened can of worms”?, on a Friday evening, & Right at Closing Time??♀️!! Nicholas‘s efforts were as though it was a Tuesday morning, after a restful holiday weekend! He literally put his 100% into this when he totally could have blown it off until the next work day! Good people deserve recognition, and I seriously do not think there is a way to explain what he did for us mentally!!
I have stayed with Freedom for YEARS… and have absolutely no plans of changing that! Actually, we brought our son to Freedom last year when he bought his first car… and we will definitely be calling again, when my daughter gets her 1st car next summer!
