“Give that girl a pay rise! Omayra was perfect, charming and very professional, she was above and beyond. She took well care of me. I have to say that morning I was in desperation: two high interest rates; I actually tried to open the door minutes before the office was open. But at the very first second sitting with her, I had that good feeling that things were to work out well.
She explained me everything and walked me through all the paperwork. All in-office process went smoothly and so it did afterwards: over the phone and emails. She was always ready to help patiently.”
