I had contacted Bayfirst to inquire about opening some accounts for my children. Nancy was so helpful and was able to get everything set up quickly. She was also able to explain and answer questions I had about CDs and Money market accts. I was blown away on her customer service. 10/10 recommend.

Opened my first business account at the Bay First bank location downtown Saint Petersburg. That is my absolute favorite branch. Everyone who works there is so helpful and upbeat with a can-do attitude. I’m not so fond of the other branches.
