Went into one of your stores to pay my phone bill. I was paying by check because online it said you accept checks in store and the person who I encountered working there was rude and said that you don't accept checks and haven't for 8 years. He was very rude and wouldn't even try helping me out. Every time I go into your store on U.S. Why 19 North in Pinellas Park, FL the workers at this location are always so rude and unprofessional.

I went into the store to pay my bill on 1/29. I am so sorry I have no idea who I spoke with but the woman who helped me was the best part of my day that day. I was having a TERRIBLE morning, ugly crying and everything, and the associate helped facilitate my transaction and get my phone back on with compassion. Thank you.

Busy, with only 1 employee. After waiting for 25 min , they didn't resolve or even suggest a solution for our problem. The salesman in this location didn't want to be bothered with pesty customers. I would find a different location to give my business to.

Sold me a device but didn’t say they sold it to me. I was walking out after buying a new phone. The worker said oh my the way where given a free tablet. Only to find out she put the payment thru. I called metro and they made good on my money.

Yelled at me for the time I was there. Knowledgeable on phone processes. Told on phone I had free phone and my new phone would not work. Only to find out none of that is true at the store.
