The service is depressing and hard to get the service clarifying but the representatives. Believe or not The representative told me that they don't offer this service for send a envelope.

Had mail on vacation for 30 days, set up that I would pick up because I was delayed a week getting home, they delivered my mail 2 days after hold ended. I put another hold on mail, have confirmation email, they are still delivering it. Poorly trained staff, no wonder they keep losing millions of dollars. Can't handle simple requests.

Back in April 2025, I sent a sealed packages to Willis,tx from the Pinellas park branch. Paid for ground services thinking nothing may happened to the pacakage. The recipient got the package torned from the corners. The item was missing. Even showed the video of the mailman putting in the mailbox torned. So how is from point A pinellas park the packaged is sealed, proceessed thru your procedures to point B the packaged is torned Willis Texas and determine that USPS is not liable for missing items in the package. I disputed this 2 time and still got denied. Both staffs at both location was useless.. “put a claim”, call customer service” etc etc… I’m at the pinellas park branch and the gentleman with the glasses is pointless. It’s not about the item being lost, it’s now the principle. I paid 12 dollars to send a damage packed for nothing. Learned a lesson, just pay for the signature, if it comes up damaged then maybe it be disputable. All that extra insurance is a scam.

Every 2-3 months they send me my informed delivery email on the 2nd showing my nephews SS check but it never shows up after a few days I have to submit a ticket saying it never showed up which ends with my nephew having to go there and get it. The main USPS phone number people can't even reach anyone at the branch because THEY NEVER ANSWER the phone. The last 3 times I've moved they have messed up my address change. 1st time the mail kept going to old address the office called us to come get mail and it was a box about 1x1x1½ ft over flowing with mail. Granted it had been about 4 or 5 months but most of it was junk mail. Then the 2nd time my brother & I are still waiting on 2 months worth of mail it didn't go to old address or new and they messed up my informed delivery the 2&3rd time

I received a missed package notice in my mail box with none of the boxes filled out for a reason. The mailman did not attempt to knock on my door to make contact with me for the package. This mailman is as lazy as can be and at my expense

Worst customer service ever. Both of the gentlemen were so rude when I finally got to the front after the clerk was flirting and checking out the girl from head to toe as she walked out. Then I got to spoke to the supervisor who was also rude and very unhelpful. I had a simple question and asked if my package was here to pick up because the tracking number said it was here. He looked at me with a disgusted look and said why would we have that here. Management do you not see the reviews for this place? They are awful and the same problem. Why not just get a better more hospitable staff or work on your customer service skills with the employees you have.
So rude terrible customer service! Wish I didn’t live here and had to use this post office as my own.

The postal worker that has delivered the mail where I live for almost a year still doesn't pay attention to the mail box numbers. Everyone get everyone else s mail if we get it at all 😢

Purchased stamps from the self service kiosk. Very easy to understand and to operate. May be a little slow but much quicker than waiting in line.

Personally never had a problem for the many times I’ve been there. Service is reliable and the clerks are pleasant.
The only issue I have is the waits when there’s only one or two clerks available when there’s a long line, but I’m usually in no rush when I’m there. Otherwise, a solid post office.
