“I flew to Englewood, Florida and rented a car on Saturday July 6th to head home to Houston, TX. We had a few stressful issues on the way home. I will spare you all the details but I must say that Enterprise has an employee named Michael there in Englewood, Fl who is extremely outstanding. He's on the top of the scale when it comes to customer service but he was able to calm and reassure me when I was about to have a bad anxiety attack. He has no idea the effect he had on me and I am very grateful. Michael is so polite, understanding and good hearted. I was on my way home to a hurricane in Houston and he did everything to help us through. God bless this young man. Thank you and thank you Enterprise.”
