I'm not sure if a button was accidentally hit or what, but it was reviewing all my calls instead of letting them come through. The young man working there came right to me, I told him my problem and he helped me within two minutes. They were helpful and fast and polite. I would highly recommend that store to do business with”

“Had the BEST experience at this TMobile store today! I had accidentally downloaded something onto my cell phone and wasn't sure how to remove it. I went into the store to inquire and the TMobile Representative, DANIEL, welcomed me.
I explained my dilemma and he took charge of the situation at hand and immediately figured it out and deleted it from my cellphone.
He was very professional and took the time to explain what had happened and he quickly remedied the situation by deleting the download.
He was so kind and polite and represented TMobile in such a fine, outstanding manner!!! It was yet another great reason we have TMobile for SO many years!
