Several times in the past 5 years I have went here to change to Metro however the rudeness and atmosphere of the employees turned me around And I went elsewhere. My friend told me she changed to Metro and how helpful and nice this girl Gabby was. I decided to give it one more chance glad I did. Gabby helped me to get a phone for my husband who was not in the best of moods and just was wonderful. She set up the phone smiled the whole time got us set up and out of there quickly. How I appreciated her skills on that very very stressful day when we left we were not bickering anymore we was laughing at how immature we were acting in public and how professional Gabby was. Now she is out go to phone girl and who we send friends too when they need any kind of phone service. Thank you Gabby for being such a pleasant person
