Worst customer service. Their “curbside” is a joke. Waited over 10 minutes yesterday after checking in online, called the store twice and no answer. Left because it started pouring rain and I had a sleeping baby in the car (or I would have gone in!) Attempted curbside again today. Checked in online and waiting in front of their doors for another 10 minutes. Called, no answer. Tried calling the salon, no answer. Unloaded my kids and went in, no apology or explanation as to why they are no answering or handling curbside orders.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.
I don’t live anywhere near this location and have never stepped foot into this store, yet somehow someone was able to walk into the store and use over 10,000 points (which is equivalent to $661 worth of rewards) from my account. It's been awhile since I've purchased and I don't check my account often so I was completely blindsided when I logged into my account and saw that all of my points were gone. Clearly someone was able to just give my phone number and redeem all of my points, no questions asked.
As far as I know, for this many points to be used, authorization is required, and the person redeeming them is supposed to ask to show ID to verify identity. So how was this even possible? Clearly, there's a huge security issue at this store, and I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve worked hard to save those points, and now they're just gone because someone couldn't do their job and take 2 seconds to check an ID.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I'm left feeling like there's no real accountability or protection for customers. I've escalated this situation with customer service so we will see how this plays out.

Everyone in this store is always friendly and helpful. This is where I wanna work part-time after I retire in ten years. Haha! There is one employee who does stand out because he is always extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about Ulta’s products - regardless of brand - and shares his ideas “thinking outside the box”. That person is Franc -head of the MAC department. (I hope I spelled his name correctly). The last product I needed wasn’t sold at Ulta, but knowing my conundrum, he knew of another one which he recommended. He truly cares about his customers’ needs. I hate when he’s not working on days I visit Ulta - to which the staff can attest - I am there a lot! Keep up the good work Franc!

This is the second time getting my brows done with mrs.Holly and she is amazing. She is very detailed and careful to give you the results that you want and more. It is always a positive experience with extra touches she uses during the appointment like the complimentary eye patches and pore clearing skin care that makes it very enjoyable and relaxing. Need your brows done go get an appointment with Holly she will do you right.

Wow, is all I can say. Vanessa did such an amazing job on my hair!! She is so sweet, gentle, and TALENTED! I absolutely love the way the blend and tone came out. My hair looks, smells and feels healthy. 10/10 service. All the of the women there were so kind. My new happy place.

I just left my first appointment with the amazing Vanessa at the salon and OH. MY. GOODNESS. She did an INCREDIBLE job, my hair is even better than I imagined! She’s so kind and personable. Also, the other girls in the salon are super nice, you can tell they have such a sense of camaraderie. I will 100% be going back and would 10/10 recommend going if you are looking for fabulous hair!

Went to Vanessa in the salon for a haircut and she did amazing!! I did a big change and got bangs when my hair was all the same length. She followed the inspo picture perfectly but also did what was best for my face shape. She is so sweet, as well. Can’t wait to go back to her for all my future haircuts :)
