“We’ve been living here almost a year and have had a great experience. We had an issue with the dryer recently and after my husband spoke with Nancy, she got us a new one. It was installed within a day. We are both very busy with an almost 2 year old and appreciate such a fast response. Everyone has been very friendly, we love the layout of the apartment and it’s a quiet community. Definitely recommend The Terraces.”

“I lived in this apartment complex for 1 1/2 year and recently moved out, and can only say the best things about it. To name a few:
1. Living here was an extremely comfortable and pleasant experience. The management is very supportive and friendly, Deborah and Tessa have always been professional and proactive in helping out. It felt like we were a part of a big family, they take true ownership.

2. Getting maintenance done was never a hassle and we always felt safe letting maintenance and management take care of issues in our unit while we would be away.

3. Our unit was remodelled and had all the newest appliances as well as wooden flooring which we were very satisfied with. Not to mention that their 1 bed 1 bath unit is larger and more spacious than most modern 1 bed apartments.

4. Everyone in our building was extremely nice and friendly. We had families living around us and they were always ready to help each other out.

5. The poolside area and the clubhouse are beautifully made and served as a perfect relaxation spot on the weekends or after a busy day at work.

All in all, I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is considering living in the Plantation area and want to consider an economical and safe, well managed apartment complex.”
