“I had such a wonderful experience with Bianca from the moment I moved in. She has been incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions when I go to her office, even when she has her hands full. I see her working hard all the time and yet she still always manages to greet me and make me feel welcomed whenever I see her. She’s even gone out of her way to help me look for my packages, which I really appreciated. She genuinely helps create a friendly, community-like atmosphere here. Her attitude and the way she treats residents really make a difference and make me want to continue to be a resident here at Zona. I’m very grateful to have someone like Bianca here!”

My husband and I have been living here for 8 years and Mauricio and Henry (the maintenance crew) have been one of the best parts of living here! We have not waited more than a day to have any issues resolved. They are friendly and efficient!
