Bascom Palmer Eye Institute is a renowned healthcare facility that provides comprehensive eye care services. Despite the high volume of patients, the staff, including the helpful and efficient employees in the Optical Express, strive to deliver personalized attention. Patients appreciate the knowledgeable doctors, such as Dr. Yehoshua and Dr. Welick, who spend the necessary time with each individual and go above and beyond in their care. While the facility can be hectic, the staff work diligently to move patients through the process efficiently. The waiting rooms are comfortable, and complimentary coffee is available. However, some improvements could be made, particularly regarding the availability of designated handicapped parking spots near the entry to accommodate elderly and mobility-challenged patients.

Dr Valle was friendly,patient and very thorough with my annual eye exam. I would definitely recommend him and will definitely be coming back every year

Best eye care in South Florida. Michelle at the front desk is the ultimate professional. I was greatly impressed by her. Dr Rothman is very thorough and professional as well. Five stars!!!
