Is incredibly diligent and organized staff always aware of upcoming products and know who has what on there special order sheet. Last time I came in the staff not only instantly recognized me but answered questions I would've had about my custom orders before I even thought to ask them. They also know exactly what pieces I needed left in my army, and told me they had it and offered some of the later stuff I needed, since it was there. They also remembered that my brother in law likes pokemon, when I entered just off of a passing conversation. They make your request feel heard, and keep track of each client as if they where a friend, wonderful shopping experience.”
