“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”

I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised with the various items to choose from, the customer service they give and the very competitive pricing. The company surprised me when I saw that they had a second location in Broward County. This worked out for me as I was remodeling a unit up in the northern area of Ft Lauderdale and I was able to pick up in that location.”

“Love the kids workshop here it's so much fun, I went to the sunrise one and they were "sold out" @ 10AM so I drove to this one they were so sweet and had cookies and juice for the kids. We all made wooden gingerbread houses.”

“I’ve gotten accustom to having to track down Home Depot employees for help as they are very busy but not at the tower shops location. From start, I was greeted by an associate named Jannelle and she offered her assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she proceeded to contact the shift manager Omar as the particular item, garden blocks I was looking for was not on the sales floor. She and Omar both went to the stockroom, found the item and brought it out. I was then informed by Omar that the item had just gone on sale which made me even happier. I was really amazed by their professionalism and eagerness to help. You always hear about bad and never the good but this one was certainly one of those goods! I will definitely brave the tower shop plaza traffic congestion in the future just to go to this Home Depot location! Thank you Jannelle and Omar!”

“Murphy Bed USA has great furniture, customized to your needs and wishes. I have had a customized Murphy bed and shelving unit built for my condo about 15 years and it looks just as beautiful today as it did then. When it came time to move I had then dissemble and reassemble and the guys who did this were amazing. Great customer service. My interactions with Audrey were the best and she was quick to resolve an unexpected issue that came up on my end. I can highly recommend Murphy bed USA.”

“They need to have more specialty tools. For example, they have many of the same screwdrivers from different manufacturers but not one single 8" long #1 Phillips. Also, need better quality tools, like a screwdriver that will last more then 2 years.”

However, I've encountered some older employees who seem hesitant to assist, and their expressions suggest they would rather not be bothered. Additionally, the cashiers at the customer service area can be a bit slow. Despite these issues, it's still an excellent place to pick up supplies for my next project.”

“Grabbed a cart and went to the plywood aisle expecting to help myself as I usually have to here. DAVIDSON walked up to me right away and asked if I needed help. He was respectful and professional. If every employee was as attentive as this, people would do a lot more shopping in store. He was a 5 star. Unfortunately the store as a whole is not. Between the rental department and how long it usually takes to get help, I cannot put a 5 star rating. I'm omw to a further home depot at this moment for a rental.”
