“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”

We were frustrated and ready to walk out, but Victor and Nisha were so helpful and apologetic. The store is definitely under staffed of no fault of these two wonderful and knowledgeable associates. “We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and saw Home Depot and their garden center, so we stopped in. Our balcony could use a few flowers and maybe a mini palm tree. The sun is harsh on our balcony during the day and burns up the leaves. We looked around at their selection, which was good but not exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were being taken care of, unlike some other nurseries. We didn't stay long enough to require a salesperson. He was busy with another customer.”

“The other day I ran into some issues trying to find an alarm system that was compatible with my Ring system. Bre-Anne genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She attempted to get additional assistance, but unfortunately, no one was available. Even then, she continued doing everything she could to help me, and she even used AI to assist with finding the answer. I honestly would have never thought to use AI that way!
After some time, she was eventually able to find the information I needed, which led to me making my purchase. Bre-Anne was by far one of the most patient, kind, and helpful employees I’ve encountered at Home Depot. I truly appreciate her willingness to take the time to help me instead of simply giving up like others. Excellent customer service!”
