“While others go to church on Sundays I like to visit Home Depot because unlike a church I'm able to see faster results for whatever I'm giving them money for. Pros - The staff is practically non-existent throughout the store with the exception of the self checkout area, for an anti-social person such as myself this is great . As the great Kris Jenner once said "you're doing amazing sweetie". Cons - now that the registers have all been switched to self check out scan guns, I think they should consider hand wipes/sani wipes at each register. Only 66% of people actually wash their hands after using the restroom and while I'm excited about my latest dremel attachment I'm not excited about the dude in front of me who just pissed in the parking lot next to his roofing truck touching the scan gun .”

“Great products and company. Exactly what I was looking for my shower remodel. I had a 1930s home upstairs master bath that tile companies did not want to rip out and tile for some reason. I used the MIrrorflex wall panels on an existing shower walls. Cascade 48x96" white. Easy to install for a non contractor. Customer service was very friendly and helpful throughout.”

The guys that installed our new doors threw everything out, so we didn't have the box. She offered to assist me in finding a replacement, but I told her I was confident I could locate one. She then provided me with the model number and double-checked to make sure I had chosen the exact same as the one I had returned before purchasing it.”

“Murphy Bed USA has great furniture, customized to your needs and wishes. I have had a customized Murphy bed and shelving unit built for my condo about 15 years and it looks just as beautiful today as it did then. When it came time to move I had then dissemble and reassemble and the guys who did this were amazing. Great customer service. My interactions with Audrey were the best and she was quick to resolve an unexpected issue that came up on my end. I can highly recommend Murphy bed USA.”

“Organized and laid out similarly to other THD's, Dad knew exactly what he wanted and we found it in the right places. It was helpful that there's a "template" in the nuts and bolts area where we could test the widget and measure it to the right size. One thing we wanted is no longer being sold anywhere. We even reached out to the manufacturer and they don't make it anymore - a 6 inch shelf bracket. So we're still hunting around for those. “I had a great experience here today. I am a contractor who uses the pro services of Home Depot often. I am in and out of most South Florida stores multiple times a day throughout the week. I came in today to find the product I needed unstocked but available up above in the overstock area. I asked for help from an associate, Bri. She called for help, and when no help came, she took it on herself to come get the product and then restock the section. I k ow this seems mundane, but if you're in and out of busy stores like me every day, you know that often this experience can take a very long time. Time is money, customer service comes in all forms and this associate during her job in exemplary fashion turned my mood from annoyed to happy enough that I wanted to tell her manager, write this review and do a survey. Simple acts, but to me, it changed my mood for the day.”

“Always able to find what I’m looking for at any of the stores using the Lowe’s mobile app I can put whatever store I’m in and find the isle and bay number to locate the product and if it’s out they show when it is due in the store or I can order it and have it delivered. Often I find additional merchandise on Lowe’s .com and order from the laptop top or mobile device . Some times I have to order this way as I can tell that there is not enough turn over of the item to make room and try to sale on shelf and I completely understand that. The Home Improvement Dept does a great job explaining to me how they will begin the Home Improvement project I want done. Two years ago Lowe’s installed all my hardwood flooring, impact windows and exit and entry doors, washer, Dryer, dishwasher an freezer . Used my Lowe’s card received an additional 5% off and because my total purchase was greater than $1850 I was allowed to go to extended terms using 4 years at 7% I also received an additional one year warranty using their installation. I took 4 bids and Lowe’s was 3 rd but I choose them over 1 and 2 because I knew they would stand behind my products. That summer I found out bids 1 and 2 went out of business so cheaper is not always the best but a company who has been around for many years stands behind their products.”

They have probably the best selection around and their prices are very competitive.The store was very neat and clean, the shelves well stocked and the different departments full of inventory.I liked my experience here, no issues whatsover.”

“Went into my favorite neighborhood Home Depot to purchase paper towel bundles on sale for $19.98. These are the "special" kind that you can tear each large towel into three separate pieces so you dont waste paper. Anyways, its cheaper than Walmart for some items in bulk. They alwats have great deals on bbq grills and power tools that usually pull me away from the one item I came in to find and purchase. The check out kid was very friendly and professional. The Sawgrass Mills Mall has every possible thing to buy, eat or play within one square mile. In addition, the City of Sunrise supplies this small area with four totally FREE new Tesla SUVs under an App called FREEBEES to pick you up and drop you off morning until night. So shop til you drop or something like that.”

“Love finding bargains here! Always something different besides the staples of ceiling fans and light fixtures.Also if you need a mini split air conditioner this is the place. Different brands available and all different sizes and models available at really great prices! Even central AC units they have some terrific pricing. They even have referrals for reasonable installers if you need.I keep going back because you never know what they may have gotten in lately.”
