While most patients have had a phenomenal experience, with appointments starting on time and the staff being personable and professional, one patient did not like the service they received at a different MinuteClinic location. Overall, MinuteClinic is highly recommended for its clean facility, friendly and efficient nurse practitioners, and ability to quickly diagnose and treat a wide range of medical issues.
