I made an appointment and selected the reason why I was coming. I’m fully checked in and in the room they tell me that their NP who would take care of my issue is not there today. Instead of calling me ahead of time to let me know, they completely wasted my time.

The worst minuteclinic I’ve been to. Whoever the small Hispanic lady was, was rude and did not want to help. Told me she can’t give me a 30 min school physical because she had appointments set up already and there was no one there but one person that was in another room with someone else. She kept telling me she would schedule me then at the very end tells me to schedule myself on the kiosk. RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. They need to shut down or revoke the workers at this clinic immediately!

Like many others I’m giving the minute clinic a 1 but would like to give it a 0. I came here for flu or step like symptoms and did not have an appointment. I have never been to this place and the woman who was seeing patients was extremely rude. She gave me little to no information on how the clinic worked all she told me was go to the kiosk and try to schedule an appointment. I tried asking her if they take walk ins and she cut me off and said “I mean you can wait but that’s why I’m telling you to look at the availability”. I told her that her tone was snippy and before I could even get a question out she went into the room. This min clinic is not an urgent care in the sense that it is first come first serve. they are not friendly at all in fact she acted like I was a bother to her rather than trying to help a patient. The right thing would’ve been for her to say come to this kiosk instead of just pointing and saying look for availability. I don’t work there she does. CVS please train your staff to have a better attitude. There are many complaints here.

Be careful. I went to take a picture of my eyes. (It was free) They asked me for personal information. I assumed it was to register. With that information that I had given, they charged me for a visit to the doctor that I never made, it included smoking control, pre-employment and several other things. I never did that. I ended up paying over $70.

I went to this clinic, I never saw a Dr. The consult was attended by a nurse who prescribed me a round of tests and medications... After spending almost 450.00 the problem came the very next week. I called them to let them know that the treatment wasn't effective and the answer was that I needed to be evaluated AGAIN in a new consult and a new round of tests... I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place unless you are not sick and you just like throwing away money.

Went in for a TB skin test, so it was super simple. Easy in and out, nurse was extremely kind and very informative and open about the procedure, cost, etc.Again, I went in for something simple and easy but it was very convenient.

The worst experience. Checked in online twice. Had a confirmation number. I still had to wait for an hour. I don't mind waiting, but waiting for an hour when you're already have an appointment with a confirmation number and you checked in twice it's a lack of respect. Both NPs working there now are the rudest I've ever seen. No bedside manners. Such a waist of time. After confirming with my insurance twice that they were in Network, they refused to take me. It's a good thing I wasn't dying. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Very disorganized. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. :(

After reading some of the comments regarding care and service I was a bit hesitant visiting this location. The staff were rude and uncaring. They acted like I was bothering them. The one heavy set Spanish worker had such distain in her face that it was quite disturbing. The other worker with the tacky hair dye which resembled big birds like appearance was more concerned about talking about her new house she just bought. How do people like this work in patient care? Treat people nicer!

Went for a physical, appointment started on time but ended up taking 2 hours over twice the amount of time it should've. I went to the bathroom to pee in a cup and came back and they took someone else 'real quick'. Then they took someone else and I waited for like 45 minutes. I understand there are limited doctors but it felt unfair to wait for others during my appointment time especially after starting.

I came in as a walk in and the doctor was soooo sweet & squeezed me in for the day ? they were so thorough and asked so many questions to help assist me and even made a follow up appointment to help me even further with blood work. 10/10 would go again. I highly recommend!

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:40am. I arrived at kiosk 10:30 and attempted to check in. The confirmation code that was texted and emailed to me was not working. My name was on the screen as a scheduled appointment. After waiting and attempting to check in with no luck, I knocked on the door to see if there was anyone thereto help me. This man in a coat answered and I explained what was going on. He told me To try again on the kiosk to check in. I do it again in front of him, and he tells me to make a new appointment. Kind of ridiculous since my name is on the screen, but fine. Luckily it said there was an 11am appointment available. While I'm doing this, he takes two guys in the room that had just walked in, no appointment, and says I'll take them first, they were before you. Really! I wait around for 20 minutes, simply because I really need this medication and would have to wait longer at the emergency room. He finally comes out and takes me in the room. He begins to say that it's my fault that I probably put in the wrong code but it doesn't matter, I'm here now. That was his attempt on making me feel better. I go on telling him the reason for my visit, my itchy scalp issue and my constant eczema problem. I ask him if he could give me the lotion/liquid in particular not the cream because I need to put it in my scalp. He also asks me if I want to use their pharmacy, i explain that I work at Walgreen's and would like it sent to my job. We go on looking for the exact location and that was where he would send it. He asks me how I would be paying and I tell him I'm using my card. I pull out my card while he's printing a paper. He says he's giving me a good deal by charging me only $99 and not $130 for some reason.. He says did you out in your card. So I put in my card to pay. Then he starts folding the paper that he printed, but I noticed that the location he said he was sending it to was all wrong. I don't live in Davie. Why did you send the prescription to another CVS when we agreed on something totally different. He said the paper was wrong and that it would be sent to Walgreen's. And if not, for me to just have them call him. Not only that but I asked him why he said I would get the lotion and clearly gave me something else. He did not answer any of my questions, brushed me off and said don't worry. Its fine. He showed me his computer screen and said that he selected the Walgreen's I wanted, when in fact it showed he selected 3 different pharmacies, one being the CVS in Davie. I don't live in Davie. He acted like he didn't know how to use a computer. I was so upset that I paid $99 for such an incompetent visit, I went to try and explain to the store manager(at least I think he was a manager) dressed in a plaid shirt getting yelled at by another unhappy customer. I literally explained this whole situation to him and he looks at me and says, what do you want me to do about it? I said really, I can't believe this is your response. He replies, ma'am hes a Dr, he's going to do whats best. I told him I am now understanding why this location has 2 stars and I leave. In my opinion, they should have a -0. The customer service/lack of and lack of care in this place is shameful. Management is 0. Not to mention the store interior is also 0. I will personally never step foot in another cvs again. Oh and come to find out as I looked on my paper, he wasn't even a Dr. The manager lied to me. He's actually a Nurse practitioner. But clearly needs to retire. Thanks

I went here thinking I would be charged the 35$ posted online for a school physical but instead was charged 139$. Do yourself a favor and ask the price before service. The online prices are a scam

I've utilized Minute Clinic here 3 times. Easy to make an online appointment for the same day, and be seen quickly. Much easier than getting into my physician's office for something minor. I like the female Asian doctor there, very nice and thorough.
