The best bank I have found in Broward county, very friendly and professional staff. . A guy named Todd opened a bank account for me very fast. He is amazing. I’m totally satisfied with their services.

Terrible attention just for asking for 20 $5 bills and 30 $10 bills, I don't understand how an institution can be so poor in attention and efficiency for its clients, and the manager not to mention the bad attention, terrible attention, Maria Torruellas!! Thank you, the ATM was the one that helped me!! ????♂️

The useless employees take forever and don't even complete simple tasks. I waited 45 minutes to see a banker to set up auto payment enrollment for my mortgage. 1 month later PNC says they didn't receive the form from the local bank.
