“While I don't have an account with Citibank, I am often at this location to cash my commission checks. They don't charge a fee for cashing the check without an account like other banks do, which is a bonus. The tellers are very nice and remember me whenever I visit the branch. They also know the other company employees who visit and ask me about them as well. It's a big bank but they have the personalized service of a smaller bank. If I wasn't already happy with my current bank, I may consider a switch but for now, I'll remain the Duchess of check cashing at this location!”

“This is my new banking branch since my old one has been closed. It is much smaller in size and I miss the regular tellers but this location is pretty convenient and the parking lot is good. The lobby is small but the associates are pretty friendly. Kindof wish there were a few more as it can have a lengthy wait with more patrons and less locations to do my banking. The overall experience is alright and I am glad I only need to go inside every once in a while to visit my safety deposit box or cash a savings bond.”
