“Recently, due to the death of my mother, I was placed in totally new territory: being both a successor trustee and an executor of the will. This involved lots of unfamiliar red tape. The Amtrust team of Erica and Candy were super helpful. Erica and Candy made what could have been a difficult experience a relatively painless one. They went out of their way (beyond expected customer service) to explain things carefully, and to help me through the cumbersome and puzzling procedures.”

“This was my mom's bank. She recently passed. I've been in this bank a lot assisting her. I love the customer service. It usually fast with little wait. If its a long wait its because a lot of people were before us, no problem. Fair is fair. They always made us comfortable. So after my mom passed I was on her account and their were no issues. Giving back thanks to CHASE today I applied for a Chase credit card online and will receive it soon. Thanks CHASE! Many happy memories.”

“I received excellent service from Mathias today at this brokerage branch (not a bank, so if you do a deposit, it must be to a brokerage or investment account). It was a busy lunch hour and Mathias was the only one available to serve customers at the time, but he remained positive, professional, and patient while greeting each person who walked through the door, identified customer needs, and attended to each one.”

“I was thinking about closing my account with Bank of America because the location I usually go to is permanently closed. However, the lines were long but I was able to talk to a customer service representative fairly quickly. The customer service rep at the desk was nice and helped me. He was super nice and it really helped me reconsider my option to close my banking account with BOFA. I liked how accommodating and friendly they were and it made my visit very quick. I would definitely recommend this location for all your banking needs because the people here are nice and great at their job.”

“Honestly I don't understand why this bank have such a low rate on yelp! Everyone in here are super nice, they have an amazing customer service , always smiling and willing to help! The bank is next to sawgrass on the same plAza where best buy is, I do work on the same plaza as well so I have to go at least once a week over, I do understand people can get frustrated because of the huge lines, because since the bank is located in such a busy place it does definitely get crowded, you just got choose wisely what time to go! Rarely I get a huge line either inside or on the drive-through!”
