“I felt compelled to leave a review for this awesome store because it is a total local gem. As someone who frequents many local gaming spots, Kaos has a real magic to it. I first went in a few times last year for some gifts; when I walked in today, it was like walking into the Mercedes-Benz of gaming stores.
It was awesome before but you could immediately tell the management and their awesome team took great care to make this environment welcoming for Gamer Friends and Allies in the area to chill.
I cannot wait to stop by more often when the place is packed. Kudos to Kaos. This business and those like it are great assets to our community. Thank you!”

I found stuff I haven't seen in years and the items carried are so cute. the chocolate is delicious and Michael was so sweet and helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to everything he carried. it's a bit of a drive for me but I will be returning for sure”

“Customer service lady called me back,suggested for my technical issues to email the tech team explained I'd have my son do that when he's off work I'm not good at all that. She was so friendly, just waiting on my son..I'm excited for this car so is my granddaughter she loves the motor start button smiles all big.
Left front tire keeps coming off when test driving 2 times now. Trying to email but don't know the rma number and we don't have a company name. Tried to email w pics and problem so not to post here for everyone to see but I want it documented incase it needs returned hoping you can fix the issue .I've left messages please have a email that people can ask questions that don't require numbers we don't know what are or explain where to find these numbers. I provided order number.
I've had it now for 48 hours and can't enjoy driving baby around getting frustrated on this”
“The Brick Show Shop is a fun shop with lots of current and older LEGO sets. They sell used and brand new. Additionally, they sell looked mini figures and Lego bricks. The staff is friendly and available to help. There are different stations to build Lego and do art. They sell some ice creams and snacks which makes this a nice hangout.”
“Chloe at Build-A-Bear made my first visit absolutely amazing! I came in as an adult with my niece, and she made the entire experience feel so fun, welcoming, and special for both of us. She had such a warm and patient energy, and she took the time to walk us through everything without making it feel rushed at all.
What I appreciated most was how she made the moment feel just as magical for me as it was for my niece. It could have easily felt like something just for kids, but Chloe made sure we both felt included in the experience. She was helpful, enthusiastic, and genuinely kind the entire time.
It ended up being such a sweet memory for us, and a big part of that was because of her. Chloe truly has a gift for customer service and making people feel welcome. I’m really glad she was the one who helped us on our first visit!”

“First time here. They do carry a nice variety of toys, general merchandise, clothes and even snacks. Store was clean and organized. Now, I noticed most items are overpriced in comparison to other stores, for instance, I ended up finding what I was looking, for half the price they had at Ross.”

Various anime and gaming products from Sonic to Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, DBZ, and more. You can buy figurines, posters, keychains, etc. Layout is conducive to the amount of the space given in the Galleria Mall.”
“Overall the store is kept in pretty good shape for a new place. The front door about shut my alarm off but besides that the place was good I found everything that I needed! I picked up some Easter gift supplies add a little candy for myself LOL8 as far as customer service all the kids working at the front area where are very friendly welcome to me when I came in and told me to have a good day on the way out so that was nice. I would definitely recommend this location located in the same plaza as the Publix University Dr and Riverside Dr in Coral Springs”
“I emailed the company multiple days ago with complaints on a few aspects of the vehicle that were defective. I have not heard anything back from them. It scares me that we bought a $600+ vehicle for my kids and it is broken and no customer service to help us. EDITED- After my original review, the company reached out letting me know they did not receive any of my messages that were submitted through their website. The company put me in contact with the production company. I was able to work with them to order the new parts I needed to fix the car issues. Please know that the weight limit of the product listed on their website may not match the recommended weight limit from the actual production company! In the end my toddlers do enjoy their "truck"!”

“Great owner. Know how to perfectly keep stock and organize the shop in a manner that makes it easy to find what you need when you want it. Is incredibly diligent and organized staff always aware of upcoming products and know who has what on there special order sheet. Last time I came in the staff not only instantly recognized me but answered questions I would've had about my custom orders before I even thought to ask them. They also know exactly what pieces I needed left in my army, and told me they had it and offered some of the later stuff I needed, since it was there. They also remembered that my brother in law likes pokemon, when I entered just off of a passing conversation. They make your request feel heard, and keep track of each client as if they where a friend, wonderful shopping experience.”
