“I want to give a huge shout out to Jaylin! My husband and I were there before the store opened this morning for a new battery. We were there around 720 waiting for the store to open at 730. Jaylin came up to our car and the other customers waiting and asked if we could give the manager 10-15 minutes to finish opening, the manager was running behind. He handled that so well, being polite and professional. He was having to get the brunt of everyone's frustration and he handled it so well with a smile on his face.”
