“I had an exceptional experience at the Walmart Pharmacy on US Highway 92 in Auburndale. The team there, including Astrid, Pankaj, and Kimberly, is outstanding. They are incredibly polite and kind, making every visit a pleasant one. Their efficiency is impressive—they always work fast and ensure that prescriptions are ready in no time.
The pharmacy itself is always spotless, which adds to the overall positive experience. They offer health screenings and I even got my flu shot for free, which was a fantastic bonus. Their services are not only top-notch but also affordable. Plus, they are open seven days a week, making it extremely convenient.
Despite being busy, they manage to get lines moving fast and are always well-stocked with the medications I need. “I went in today after having checked with several pharmacies, to see if they carried a special medication I was given a prescription for for my elderly dog. Although they did not have it in stock, a female pharmacist (I should have remembered her name) took the time to contact about 5 other pharmacies and found it for me. I had been trying for two days and am so very thankful for her help. “This is not a pharmacy so your provider cannot e- prescribe directly to it, but they can fax the prescription and it can get filled. Unfortunately you cannot call and speak to somebody on the weekends, but otherwise this store is great. I am deducting 1 point due to not being open on weekends. I recommend this to family and friends needing medication‘s not covered by your insurance after your doctor has submitted a prior authorization with office visit notes from primary care and your specialist provider as well as documented if you failed certain medications filled through insurance. I use this to get my prescription filled that would be $1,500 with good rx. The cheaper brand of the rx they have available is $180 for 100 pills and gets sent in from India, who manufactures most prescriptions and vaccines available in the US. They have the brand name available in the US to ship from Canada for $400, which is $1,100 cheaper than here. We had a mixup on my last order, where I was accidentally sent the incorrect brand, I was panicking as the brand they sent did not work for me as well as the one available in the US/Canada. The girl on the phone was very helpful and charged me the $200 difference, did not make me send back the wrong brand (which I will be trying to donate to ukraine) and put a rush on my order for 2 weeks. They handled the mix up flawlessly and I trust them with my medications. The longest part of the process is the shipping from a different country as it has to go through customs. The senior one business recommended this to someone I knew as a way to get their Onglyza cheaper and I have had a bunch of others really like this place too. If you use this place you will need your doctor to give you a written prescription. You can either email it to them (for people who have an iPhone I would recommend going to your Notes app, opening up a new note, and clicking the camera icon which will let you scan the prescription, then you can email it directly to them without having to go home and scan it to your computer) you can also fax in the prescription, or bring it in. If you use this business I will warn you we can take up to five weeks to get your prescription so you need your provider to write it for a 90 day supply with one refill and you need to contact them five weeks prior to needing a refill to pay and have it shipped to you so you do not go without your RX. I would recommend this, as well as any lab test now for blood tests, Can Am Rx (whose prices are similar but not as competitive), goodrx, kroger’s pharmacy program, Shepherd’s hope for care, and the UPP1 pricing for quest to my low income / no insurance friends/family.”
“I love this CVS! Employees are always so friendly and helpful. Marium especially was such a pleasure to meet. She was so sweet and so knowledgeable which is very rare these days. She told me about the care plus membership. Only $5 a month and it’s so beneficial if you shop there regularly. $10 off in carebucks each month alone is awesome. This CVS genuinely cares about the happiness of their customers.”

“I have always gotten excellent service at this pharmacy. There is sometimes a wait, they do need more help, but they are always pleasent and if there is an issue they are quick to resolve it. I switched to the new Publix pharmacy, it was closer to home, picked up two prescriptions and transfeered back to the Havendale Publix Pharmacy, because of the better customer service I always receive.
