Dropped off an internal SSD there only to find out they took the item but never scanned it so now i'm at risk of losing $170 because the employee didnt scan my return and they wont take my word for it even if i tell them the date and time i dropped it off

Go over the railroad tracks and turn right at the light/Chevron station onto N Andrews Ave Ext. Entrance for Amazon Delivery will be on your right hand side. Follow signs for Amazon Package Pick and Returns, customer parking is to the right and left of the handicap spots in front of Hub store entrance.
