“I had an issue with my delivery where my package was going to be returned after the delivery driver had neglected to leave a door tag reporting attempted delivery and the shipper forgot to send me tracking information on initial shipment. I had to rush to this location after work to see if there was any way to get my package in person. The employee who assisted me is named Nikki - she was absolutely incredible. She helped me save my package and I was able to obtain it at the office. She had no way of knowing, but this was a very expensive shipment that could have cost me a significant amount of money. She treated me with utmost respect and was very knowledgable. 10/10 experience and employee.”

“It's interesting how different of an experience I had over here compared to some others. I was in and out in a few minutes. Nahomie helped me (super friendly by the way, she's really nice). I had issues with not being home for a signature drop off - it was held at this location. FedEx needs to figure out a way to cross reference where packages are specifically between ground and air - that was the hardest part of this ordeal. Regardless, at this specific location my experience was great. You go to the small room dial the number on the landline and after a minute they arrive with your package. Thank you again Nahomie!”

“My husband hurt his foot so he could not drive back to North Carolina. We needed our truck transported from Florida to our home. I called Direct Connect in Pompano Beach and Sally Berry found a transporter for us. She was excellent in customer service and communication. We had to FedEx our key fob back to her office so the transporter could get our truck on his hauler. The man from EE Transport was able to bring our truck to us. We are extremely pleased with how our difficult situation was handled by Sally Berry and her staff at Direct Connect.”
