“Kristen was great help! Thankful I went with them after getting multiple quotes. She helped me through the entire process, and answered all my questions. This was my first time shipping my vehicle, and I was worried since I also purchased it a few days before the shipment. You can trust that the team & Kristen will get your vehicle to your destination safely. I would recommend anyone to go through them! Thanks guys!”

“I have been talking to Anthony for months on months spardically with questions because this was my first time transporting heavy equipment. Although I did not go with the company due to my wanting to secure trucks with whomever could first, they still pulled through and did their job, securing trucks. The communication was excellent, fair pricing, and great response time. I would recommend over and over!”

“Craters & Freighters shipped three large (think 3 feet by 5 feet) paintings for me from Florida to North Carolina. I didn't know Craters & Freighters, they were just recommended to me and the only conversation I had with them was a phone call to set things up. The paintings arrived in perfect condition. Protective sheets had been placed on each painted surface before each one was wrapped in padding. They were put in an extremely well-built crate. I was just impressed by the care and attention to detail. Would highly recommend.”

“I had an issue with my delivery where my package was going to be returned after the delivery driver had neglected to leave a door tag reporting attempted delivery and the shipper forgot to send me tracking information on initial shipment. I had to rush to this location after work to see if there was any way to get my package in person. The employee who assisted me is named Nikki - she was absolutely incredible. She helped me save my package and I was able to obtain it at the office. She had no way of knowing, but this was a very expensive shipment that could have cost me a significant amount of money. She treated me with utmost respect and was very knowledgable. 10/10 experience and employee.”

“It's interesting how different of an experience I had over here compared to some others. I was in and out in a few minutes. Nahomie helped me (super friendly by the way, she's really nice). I had issues with not being home for a signature drop off - it was held at this location. FedEx needs to figure out a way to cross reference where packages are specifically between ground and air - that was the hardest part of this ordeal. Regardless, at this specific location my experience was great. You go to the small room dial the number on the landline and after a minute they arrive with your package. Thank you again Nahomie!”
