“Scentsability had a shipment of jars donated but they were not well packaged and to unload them by hand would have taken four trips to our storage facility. Kimberly at UPS went out of her way to secure a box truck and a pallet jack for us and UPS managed to deliver both pallets intact and even brought them up to the second floor of our storage facility. The Scentsability team could not be more grateful for the effort that Kimberly and the team made to get those jars delivered to our storage facility. Happy holidays to everyone at UPS.
