This bank is a joke.I spend $2000/month with my business credit card.On a payment, it was missing $15 on a month and they blocked my credit card for this reason. I called to have a solution and said I need to wait monday (we are friday), waiting that the $15 due are paid.A joke.Each time they block my card and say this is for my security. CORRECTION, this is for THEIR security, because anyway even if my card is hacked, they are obliged to refund me.

ATM outside doesn't work most of the time. They close at 4 which is very early. They are usually rude to me inside but then I complained and the manager has been nice ever since. When they replace the ATM outside I will change my review to be more positive. Please avoid this location.

Horrible customer service! The manager did not want to cash a check we wrote to a vendor because he did not have an account at BOA . She also told him that they do not need new client. She also did not care about her current client when she called us to verify the check and still would not cash it. When we told her that we were not happy and confirm that we did made that check and that we would be looking at changing bank her response was ok. Unbelievable we wonder why she called our office to verify the check in the first place. I guess the bank manager had a really bad day!!!!

Every time I come to this location the line is rediculousy slow and long. They never have enough staff available. This has happened on the weekend and during the week for me. It's awful. last time I come to this location.
