I am a Chase customer. I went to this branch to get a roll of quarters for laundry. Upon opening the roll, there were 20 quarters with nickels between them. So basically I received $6 instead of $10 as expected. I went back to the branch and told the branch manager Miriam Felix. I received the explanation I was expecting in that once I leave the branch they are not responsible. How does a bank receive rolls of quarters from a customer without checking? I find it hard to believe this was a 1X event.

Went in to deposit large checks. Not a helpful or friendly branch staff. Manager was very cocky. I went to another bank to deposit it instead.

Got to the branch to make a $30,000 payment at 4:58. Doors were locked and 8-10 people inside staring at me. I’m obviously not a customer. Bank here if you have little to no branch banking needs, and want to work with “bankers” who don’t want to take your money. Closing the account.

If I could give them a zero or negative star I would. I called Chase to get my bank statement, they told me to go to the branch which I did. Went there with my SSN card and debit card and they refused to provide me with my statement or account summary because I didn’t have my driver license, attempted to provide them with another ID and they refused to take it. Made me waste 45 minutes of my time with the supposedly manager, light skin lady with auburn wig on acting like she was helping me and telling me to go on the app just to tell me I need my ID when she was already in my account. Disappointed and disgusted with their service.

This chase branch is so horrible I am seriously considering just pulling out all of my (7) accounts and going to another bank. I used to go to the Lake Worth branch and they were absolutely wonderful, but it's a 40m drive from where I live now. So unfortunately, it's bye bye chase after 15 years.

My wife went to get a time-sensitive document notarized on Saturday, but there was no notary present. She made an appointment to get the document notarized on Monday. She had an email confirmation of the appointment time. When we arrived, we were notified that "something happened" to the notary seal, so they were unable to notarize the document. They knew about this earlier, but no one bothered to contact us so we could make other plans.
Someone from the bank called my wife after we left to tell her they couldn't contact her earlier about the issue because they didn't have her contact info. THEY CALLED HER - so they obviously had her number. They also emailed her the confirmation, and she has an account there. How did they not have her contact info? She's going to move her account over to Capital One.

Terrible service. I’ve heard that chase business was a great deal for business owners. Well. Turns out I’ve been in this place 5 times trying to open a bank account and I couldn’t….
You can tell there’s no motivation from the staff on helping to catch new clients neither customer support.
Avoid this place at all cost.
I’ve tried to do transactions on this place before and it was the same waste of time. 6 times in total i tried to do business with this location. I would never ever in my life try again to do business with chase bank.

The attention provided by Luis and his manager was just dreadful
The did not help me with cashing out a 50 usd check, giving all sort of excuses when I had previously cash out a check at other branches.

What a terrible bank. First off the drive-through ATM is extremely slow and it’s constantly broken. The ATM they have inside of the bank is unavailable. The door is locked I guess due to crime. I can almost never use the ATM at this bank

Horrible experience incompetent staff with no manager available.I went to make deposit miyreh stout a rude obnoxious teller when i asked for a manager she was to busy and didnt know when she would be available, chase hase been exceptional in the north east this was a badly managed branch
