I actually dread going to this branch but it is closest to my house. Everytime I leave I feel disgusted that my money is in that bank. I don’t feel like they’re helpful, I have to go multiple times to get anything accomplished and their main focus is what can’t be done versus solutions. I wanted to reopen an account and instead of saying let’s sit down and see if you’re eligible I got a 5 minute speech about how chase won’t reopen my account and then was told but you would need to set an appointment and come back. So what good did the 5 minute speech to do? Oh I know, try and discourage me from getting the account reopened or getting a new account with chase as your justification for not assisting me. Got it. I guess this is why most people use internet banking because there’s no customer service in banks anymore. Avoid this branch if you don’t want to end up hating chase bank.

3/16/2023. CHAME ON YOU! CHASE BANK! !! HOW DARE U! Want to keep our money.My husband2war Vet, 32retired fed. Police AntiTerror Dept. Passed 3/16/2023Chase Froze my account, so much for caring about Military families. LIARS , 5 months won’t release. Violation of first Amendment, Mailing everyone in bill pay TELLING “””WE FROZE ACCOUNT BECAUSE ONE OF THE OWNERS DIED”” having my electricity and others accounts to disconnect my services” I’m the other owner his 23 wife. Without utilities. I’m having issues with VA, I have no access to returned the last check, SSA , I have to returned last check. Causing so much harm to me. Chase don’t care, totally neglected laugh and screaming at me manager of the bank.

I have been a client at this location for the last 10 years , service and integrity level of staff seems to be missing now !! very poor service if you dont get insulted first .. Use another branch location like Hillsborough or McNab

Several weeks ago I went in to open an account. I met with TJ and was impressed with his professionalism. He explained to me all the options for the various accounts and credit cards available and answered all of my many questions without rushing through the answers. I am very happy with this bank, with TJ's service and the other tellers the couple of times since that I've visited. Thank you guys!

Seems like every time I come in here I have another terrible experience. Today after pulling $400 out of the ATM they refused to change the bills to hundreds from 20s. The change denominations you must provide an ID and or Chase debit or credit card. The staff is very rude and incompetent. They were completely unable to provide reasonable explanation for this rule. Chase Bank is simply an algorithm, the people that work there have no power to do anything an ATM cannot, and they have no education to know what their policies are even for. Even though most banks are like this these days, this particular branch seems to have exceptionally rude and uneducated staff. I've never had a good experience here, and I have very low expectations for positive interactions in the future. Unfortunately I must continue to go here since they closed the branch in my neighborhood. I could not even come up with one thing positive to say about this branch.

I can understand why this location has a 2.7 rating. On the 1st of Nov 2022, l had the pleasure of Sonya waiting on me.? After she ask me how l would my cash back, l informed her. She informed me she could not do that. It finally came to her to ask her coworker next to her for the bills. When she finally gave me the money, she still messed it up ?

I come here often to get change for my nearby business. The staff is always professional and welcoming. During my visit today, a customer next to me was extremely belligerent and belittling to the teller he was dealing with. He was obviously under some sort of chemical influence. I cannot believe how professional and patient the teller was!!!! For fear of escalating the situation, I did not make much of it during my visit. However, she was just another example of how nice this branch is. Thank you all for the wonderful customer service, even if the customer’s behavior deserves nothing of the sort.

Went to this Chase location today just before closing time. This is not my usual branch, the system was down today at my branch so I had to go to a different location. I had a question about a payment that I sent for my credit card from my bank account that it was not received by my credit card although money were taken from my account. I received an email from Chase a few days ago telling me that they could not send the payment so I was curious to see why since they took the money from my account but my Visa credit card did not receive the payment according to the automatic system from my Visa card .The banker said that I should call the credit card to see why they didn't receive the money. I told her that it was Chase that took the money already and didn't send it to the credit card, so in my opinion I should ask the bank. She said she could not help.While I was at the bank there were 2 other customers waiting and she wouldn't help them either.After I left that bank I did call the credit card and I was told that they didn't know why they didn't get the money and of course she told me to talk to people at Chase bank to see what happened.I have an account with Chase Bank for over 15 years and I never had this kind of problem at my branch.Very bad customer service at this location. I will never go back there.
