Great drop-in recently at CFOOTB. Was there for two days of classes that were well-programed, well-taught, and generously cheered. The emphasis on safe movement came through, and I got a lot out of just a short visit. Definitely the kind of gym community I'd look to join if I were local.

Outstanding CrossFit experience! The facility is robust and clean, the coaches are knowledgeable and super helpful, and the members are welcoming and friendly! This place deserves more than 5 stars on Google Maps.

I dropped in here a couple of times while visiting the area. This is an awesome box with very friendly and helpful coaches! It's also a very inclusive gym where anyone is made to feel welcome. I'll definitely drop in again next time I'm in Pompano!
