The gym is clean and organized; I could find everything without asking a million questions. The programming was fun and challenging. My only regret is not taking advantage of their cold plunge. “I joined Aspire about a year ago from another CrossFit gym. I’d heard about Sean, who’s an amazing endurance athlete who helped my friends train for a Triathlon. I’ve got to say I really enjoy Sean and the coaches approach to their programming. They know exactly how to develop the athletes they’re coaching. The community here is awesome, and the gym is much larger than your typical box! All around it’s been a fantastic experience and you’re always greeted with a smile and one of the amazing gym dogs!”

“Overall, the place is nice and has a good atmosphere, great for spending time with friends. But there’s clearly no option to grab a snack or enjoy a good coffee or drinks. There’s no proper coffee spot nearby, and leaving just to get coffee is inconvenient. It would be great to have at least a small coffee station or vending option so people can stay and enjoy their time”

“My husband and I have been coming to this facility for a while and there is a huge difference since Luis is the manager. Once you enter the gym you notice right away how organized, clean and not smelly this facility is now. And the gym equipment is always well maintained. Unfortunately, with the previous managers the consistency was not there, very often you would see dumbbells or weight plates scattered on the floor. And the toilets were not being clean for days. Luis and his team who are very friendly and knowledgeable really take the time to keep this place enjoyable to train. Thank you.”
