“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”

“Deborah & the Eso Team worked with us on a 9k sq foot home with 2 kitchens (including a full commercial home kitchen), 9 bathrooms, a complicated master bathroom with multiple vanities, custom cabinets, mirrors, plus a huge tub, sauna, steam, and salt room. Her design sensitivities and listening to what we wanted were excellent - her suggestions always reflected that she was paying attention to our intentions. Her team prepared comprehensive installation binders and was always available to our plumbers and electricians as we did the rough and the final. We had a bunch of swaps and changes along the way, and Deborah was quick to send the new part and swap the old one. She was patient and thoughtful during the design phase, showed great attention to detail as we started to make decisions, and was a true partner during construction and installation. I’ve visited this Northern Tool location many times, and honestly, the customer service has often been disappointing. But today, I had an experience worth highlighting.
Reynaldo Q., an outstanding professional, completely changed my impression. As I was checking out, he kindly asked, “Would you like me to help you load it? I can meet you around back.” I explained that my truck was parked in front. He didn’t hesitate — he came with me, helped me load the pallet lift into the bed of my truck, even though it wasn’t close or easy.
He wasn’t obligated — but he chose to serve. That speaks volumes about his heart, attitude, and character.
May God bless Reynaldo greatly. Employees like him deserve recognition — people who help not because they have to, but because they care. Northern Tool is fortunate to have someone like him.”

Additionally, the cashiers at the customer service area can be a bit slow. Despite these issues, it's still an excellent place to pick up supplies for my next project.”

“Had sheared all my windlass bolts on my sailboat. Looked high and wide to find a 3/8 x 7” or longer stainless machine bolt. Out of 20 or so places and Amazon nobody had them. But Broward Bolt had 10”. Had them hold them for me as I made my way back to US from Bimini. Thanks to David for great service. SV Deseado”
