Do not go to this place!!!! I’ve never seen anyone so disrespectful. This lady with the red hair shouldn’t be working in customer service. She was mad, threatened to ban me and called the police on me because another employee gave me the wrong information. They’re basically offering people tablets and tell them then they gonna take them off the plan while picking the tablets and not get charged. This lady refused to help me. I can see a lot of people are complaining about her I don’t know why she still has a job.she should be doing a job where she doesn’t have to interact with people she should be in jungle with wild animals . Disgusting!!! They should stop scamming people!!! This happened around 10 am 12/22/23.

A girl in this place didn't want to help me to change my high security password, even though ,I told her to call and with my identification she could do it, she did not wanted. She said that an authorized person only have the power to do it, and I have to wait 2 week. I will not go to this store anymore to wasting my time and patience. I went to other store at 441 near atlantic Blvd., and they help me in no time. Ask for Richy, he is amazing with customers.

The middle eastern woman eith a nose ring and red hair and BAD ATTITUDE is a scammer and a thief.She has a script ready for police. She is GOOD AT STEALING. BE CAREFUL. THEY MAKE COMMISSION ON ACCESSORIES AND WILL RING YOU UP FOR THINGS YOU DIDNT BUY OR ASK FOR THEN TELL THE POLICE ITS FOR A SIM CARD BUT SHE HAD NO BAR CODE.I didn't need a funding Sim card my old phone had one !!!! Liar thief !!!

Besides the fact they lacked any knowledge. These two women were rude and laughed at me instead of even attempting to resolve an issue of obtaining a receipt from phone purchase. I'm done with metro completely. The other sites are not much better.

Excited about getting a phone but miserable experience. I had one customer looking at me saying he didn't understand how I was being so patient waiting. He said he would have been jumping on the counters. I felt embarrassed like someone with more than 50 years on this earth should have been able to address this horrible place better. But as a minority I couldn't act out because that is what they would have expected of me. First part of customer service would have been to say I am sorry for the long wait sir and how can I assist you. Thank you Kareem for showing some much needed signs of empathy. I appreciated you listening.

Bought ear buds at this store that never worked, took them back 2 days later for an exchange or credit. The Manager refused to accommodate because there was no box. Unethical, in times like these where every dime counts, keeping a customer is worth more than a $65 dollar ear bud. Shame on you, you need this community to keep your doors open, you have failed Tamarac.

Do not go to this store! The "Manager" Rachel is Unprofessional and disrespectful to be in a position like this who also LIED and said she was the Owner?... If she's TRULY the owner, she is in the wrong industry in helping paying customers.Tried to speak to me condescending but because I matched her with her tone and energy she denied my return of item. The other worker guy with the dreads is new and had no clue what he was doing when my Aunt purchased her new phone. HIRE STAFF WHO actually wants to work!! I had to call the police because this dingbat Trini lady was trying to spite me and not return my Aunt's charger. I got it returned despite her petty efforts to block that transaction...lol. I will be calling Corporate and BBB to report their lack of customer service skills and Unprofessionalism!
