“I stopped into the store with some confusing billing questions and Brittany was amazing!!! She was a new face in the store but really knew her stuff and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. She was patient, friendly, and made what I expected to be a stressful visit a really easy experience. I left feeling like all of my questions were answered. If you need help definitely ask for Brittany!!!!”

“Excellent experience at Pompano Beach store with Jessie and Aaron. Switched from a larger company after comparing services. Jessie got us into two new phones at a great value and rates. Aaron transferred all our data to new phones and answered all questions we had. Beautiful clean store with coffee, water and pet friendly! Thanks from Bob and Penny.”

“I love cricket! Is one of the companies that you can bring your phone to resolve phone bills without talking on the phone with a robot. I just wish they could fix and repair phone also. The attendant Rose is great! She is very friendly, honest and genuine. I always go to this store for her.”

“Was a little hard to find as it is located Inside another buisness. Looked kinda shady at first but actually did a great job. We were from out of town and nephew found this place to work on his phone. They stayed late and replaced his screen so we could get it back that night. This was great since we were flying out the next day. Great job!! Thank you!!”

“All I ask is that when we all go to an establishment like at&t, publix, post office and the staff is short handed. Please but please bring your patience. One person can only do so much. Remember they too have feelings. Thank at&t on federal highway across from Pompano Square, only 2 employees & 10 customer waiting and they did a great job. Many thanks, Penny Mitchell”
