“I went here yesterday to replace the glass screen on an iphone. I was transporting someone who had mental health challenges and had been deemed missing for 34 days. It was on the news. Not only did they quickly, like really quickly help us - but they charged her phone for her and made sure it was working. They charged me $80 and I felt that was a fair price. They also were patient with her and I , and I extra appreciate this. I was in and out and her phone is working fine today. I was pleased.”

“had an excellent experience at the AT&T store in Fort Lauderdale and wanted to recognize the team for their outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, patient, and truly committed to helping me resolve my issue. What could have been a stressful situation became smooth and easy thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail. They took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and made sure my problem was completely resolved before I left. I especially want to highlight the manager, Addys Zaldivar, who was absolutely INCREDIBLE. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, showing genuine kindness, expertise, and dedication. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction, and she made the entire experience feel personal and stress-free. This level of service is hard to find these days, and I truly felt valued as a customer. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and exceptional care. Thank you again for such a great experience!”
