“We were traumatized when we experienced a major flood in our home and were told all of our belongings had to be put into storage so that our house could be repaired. Pack On the Go did an incredible job, with a professional crew led by Latonya everything was packed, carefully inventoried with pictures, and stored in their air conditioned facility for TWO years while the repairs were made. I was concerned after that length time about the condition of our belongings, several family antiques, a very large wood cabinet, many valuable, at least to us, fragile things. When the arrangements were made for our belongings to be returned I was especially pleased to see the same crew who packed us up return to unpack. They cleaned as they unpacked, again carefully inventorying our returned items, carefully placing our items where we desired, and easing any concerns we had. They contacted us every morning as to when they would arrive and the entire crew worked tirelessly all day. They were courteous, and so careful, respectful of our belongings. But the best is they cared about us, helping us to get through this difficult time, offering a hand and a hug. We are so grateful to Pack On The Go. “We recently moved and I wanted to write a review because most often we forget that not only the bad should be reported but also the good. We recently used the services of Armstrong Companies Pompano Beach location to move us. We have used this location previously for our moving services and my experience has always been GREAT! Yesenia was the crew leader and her and her team were excellent, professional and thorough. I was very pleased that upon arrival the first thing she did was do a visual inspection of the elevator and surrounding areas to identify any areas that were previously damaged. In addition they took care of padding the door to our apartment and even rolled out a floor mat to prevent tile damage. Upon completion on the move out Yesenia did a visual check to ensure nothing had been left behind. At the delivery location, they arrived and did a visual walk through prior to unloading to identify the path and where things would be place. They unloaded , unwrapped and positioned everything where it was going to stay . They picked up all of their padding and garbage and put everything back into their truck. Yesenia and her crew made sure our experience was seamless and handled in a professional manner. I also have to commend Alex, Jamie and Hunter for their diligence in coordinating and running a great operation at the Pompano location. I expected nothing less than what we received as I have known and dealt with the team on a previous move and know that Armstrong always provide their clients with great service . “Smartbox was recommended by my daughters college as an easy way to pack up your dorm for the summer without having to drive your belongings to a remote storage facility. It sounded like a good idea so I decided to do it. The box was supposed to be delivered on April 30th and I was supposed to receive a phone call before it was shipped. Neither of those things happened, and what made it worse is that I couldn't get anyone on the phone for a couple of days. I stumbled across the name of someone who works for the company and I decided to reach out directly. I explained what had happened and how much it was stressing my daughter out, and the person offered to try and make it right on the spot. He said that he would call my daughter directly once he had it figured out, and that's exactly what he did. He called my daughter to inform her the box was delivered to her school, and then he followed up with me via text. I have worked as a retail manager for over 25 years, and I understand things don't always go the way you'd like them to. All that matters to me is that someone takes control of the situation, follows through on their promises, and genuinely works hard to solve the issue. “Our experience with Colonial Van lines was outstanding. Our movers, Antonio and Robert, arrived as scheduled on time. They called in advance, were very professional, personable, courteous and reviewed with us all items that would be moved, they were attentive to all details, and very carefully arranged items in the van.Since our move was from Florida to the Buffalo, NY area, we were kept informed of their progress. They unloaded into our reserved units carefully after a major snowstorm. Tremendous men and service!We also had our cars transported with Colonial Van Lines. When the driver was delayed to pick up our cars, Simone Tanis at Colonial Van Lines, contacted the driver and kept open lines of communication to inform us when he would arrive. Our cars were picked up and delivered the next day at a local transport hub right near us; Erin and Bill’s Transport. Once again, outstanding driver and service!
