About Pet Population Control

Pet Population Control (PPC) is a 501 (C), non-profit organization dedicated to controlling overpopulation in the community. Formerly known as Stray Aid and Rescue, PPC has been helping animals for the last 20 years under the direction of Diane Fraser. The organization continues its mission of providing affordable, high-volume, quality care spaying/neutering services and educating the community about responsible pet ownership. PPC is committed to the cause, utilizing the latest technology and a group of animal lovers who enjoy their work. At PPC, pets are in safe, caring, and professional hands. The experienced veterinarian is skilled, precise, and articulate, handling a large number of animals with impressive efficiency and professionalism. While PPC has clear instructions and a strict set of rules, they are in place to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and the well-being of the animals. Customers who follow the guidelines closely have reported a positive experience, with their pets recovering quickly and the service being rendered well. The affordable pricing and the organization's non-profit status make their services accessible to the community, helping to address the issue of pet overpopulation. Overall, PPC is a reliable and dedicated organization providing essential spaying/neutering services, with a skilled veterinarian and a commitment to the welfare of animals in the community.
