I enjoy working with them because if there was a problem, they would resolve it immediately. I know this because it has happened to me in the past. “Our experience at this Office Depot location was great. I arrived on a regular morning, then my special needs child started getting frustrated because he doesn't like the place there's nothing eye catching for him and, he had already had a very tough day. But our assistant, Federica, and another man they were super, super sweet, extremely patient, and so kind. Especially Federica, she helped me at every step. My kids calmed down and were able to relax while I was buying one of their products. It was so sweet of her to carry my things and help me also to print out documents, it helped me immensely. I was able to calm down too and continue shopping, and my kids, they got to enjoy themselves while waiting with me.
