I went to purchase an item- the price dropped the next day. They would not honor the price dropped. What kind of a racket are these people running? I have to now cancel and reorder the same item? No help on the customer service line

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced- they lie. I don’t say that lightly- it’s like nothing I’ve ever seen. Shameful.

Great and horrible- Rashad hung up on me 3 times, please fire this person. Completely unacceptable. Meanwhile Ebony sent me hour by hour updates to make the delivery work. Promote her! What is going on over there? Whoever is managing this team is clearly failing. Expect for Ebony. She was amazing.
