“I came in with my boyfriend a week after visiting “IFixScreens” (do NOT go there!) because his phone wouldn't charge and it was overheating like crazy. Eric was very professional and great with customer service skills. We told him what was going on and he said he'd take a look at it. I got a call 2 days later saying the phone had been fixed and when we went to pick it up it was as good as new. Very professional and respectful staff, and the prices they run are extremely low and affordable! 100% recommend, such a hidden gem of the daytona/port orange area!”

“I walked into Stereotypes with a specific need. There wasn't much information I had besides a couple of pictures of the project I had in mind. Davide and Steve welcomed me into the store, showed genuine interest in what I was trying to accomplish, and the best part, they gave me the spare plug and wires they had in the back of the store. I was amazed by how friendly and helpful they were. I will absolutely go back for any speaker or home theatre needs.”

“We initially went in and got a plan together with deandre, who was really nice and helpful! we had to leave but came back and Alex helped us upgrade our phones & get two new iPads! Our back up process was taking longer than expected, we ended up being there an hour 1/2 past close and he was so patient and helpful, he even checked in on us afterwards to make sure we were enjoying our service. “Saturday October 7th at about 12pm I was in the self checkout line when I was able to witness kindness and customer service to an incredible degree I have not seen in years in retail.Kevin was the employee at the self check out and he was assisting and kindly teaching an elderly woman how to work the self check out. He was kind, informative but not once condescending in any manner, made learning the machine fun by using humor and was extremely caring in the way he was helping her.The woman was able to confidently complete her check-out. At the end Kevin gave her a high five and she left with such a BIG smile and laughter.We need more people like Kevin!Take the time and be kind and truly care about people. Also if you have the time and you see kindness and customer service like this, take the time to tell that employees manager. It's important that skills like this are brought to light and that they know their employee is making a difference.Kevin I am not sure you will see this review but you Sir are truly a ASSET to the Target on Dunlawton in Port Orange!!Keep it up!!!! “I was worried about the process of switching to an Android from an iPhone, and especially the process of changing network providers, but D'nisha and Nonnie were both absolute blessings and did everything they could to help quickly and efficiently. Even when there were complicated situations and bumps in the road with account access and Verizon customer support, they were patient and understanding throughout the entire process while being extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely know where I'm going next time I need anything related to my new phone.”

“mostly love this place and staff, never had an issue tonight i went in at 9:39 they had an announcement saying they closed in 20 minutes... Online it says 11:59 pm? Ok strange- i head to the door as im leaving I see an employee and show her the times it says online and show the address for the specific location.. Very snooty she nods and says "starts tomorrow" Okay that's fair i'm in the industry i get it- i left. Why would corporate do this to all of these target locations?? Also, i'm fine and i get it but the attitude was unnecessary.”

“I stopped in the store yesterday after having a bad experience at the store on Nova Road in Holly Hill. What a difference the two people that were in there I’m assuming they were husband and wife were absolutely amazing. I was having trouble with dropped calls and they were willing to do whatever they needed to do to help me. They immediately got on the phone and talked with tech-support and they had to do some resets on my phone and then asked me to make a phone call from there to see if the call dropped after 1 to 3 minutes. Everything was fine in the store but they said to go home and make some more calls and see how it works out. They did put in a trouble ticket to have a rep work on it and they said they would call me back in 24 hours. My phone seems to be working OK only time will tell,calls did not drop at all. This wonderful young lady did call me back today to see how things were working. I told her I really appreciated her help and they were such a big difference. It was day and night between the two stores that I went into. The one in Holly Hill will never see my business again this one on Mason Avenue was amazing. Thank you for all of your help you both were amazing.”

“Lee lee and chole went above and beyond to help me! I called customer service three days in a row got no where! I went into two stores finally my third store these two ladies helped me! And literally got me back on track after almost a week.! Thank you guys so much! The truly made me feel important and like family. They were not letting me leave disappointed and unsatisfied! Whew i can now be at ease and anxiety free for my disabled mother can have her workin phone back again plus they even made a special lanyard attached to her phone so she doesn’t drop it while only having one working arm and suffering paralyzed left arm. Anyway super stars!!”

“Five stars for Samantha! Let me explain. Coming from Orlando, I was caught up in a 2 hour wait on I4 due to an accident and after making it to 95 I went south instead of North and wound up at this 7 eleven doing a u turn to then head north. I was almost losing my patience because of the wasted time. Waking into the store I was greeted by a very energetic and attentive cashier. She welcomed me and as I shopped I overheard Samantha, the cashier, conversating with everyone. Her level of positivity really cheered me up and I felt recharged. I thanked her for being so amazing! Thank you Samantha and 7eleven for this experience!! You rock!”

But there is only one issue I seem to have and that is contacting them via phone to ask more than likely stupid questions I can ask them on my trips there. But I usually never get an answer with the listed phone number. Other than that I use this store frequently when I can't find the will to sleep hahaha.”

“This 7/11 is awesome and the staff is great. However, NEVER BUY THE CANDY CANE COOKIES AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE! They’re only $1 so you would assume what a deal! However, they’re absolutely repulsive and I wouldn’t use them to wipe me arse. I took one bite and threw them in the trash where they bloody belong.”
