Setting up an appointment online was easy and they had openings within a day or two. The store is clean, exceedingly hygienic and very organized. I went in to swap out the jewelry for a nostril piercing I had done 5 years ago in Tennessee and Jon even knew exactly the shop and piercer I had went to. Pure Imagination has the best selection of high quality jewelry and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, a simple shiny rose gold flat disc. Jon expertly changed out my piercing for the new jewelry and downsized post and explained how I could clean and swap out my jewelry in the future. He was very professional and helpful and this is definitely the piercing place to go to in Jax!”
