Jose actually called first thing. He did not share a long list of items that I "needed immediately" like most others. Instead, he shared with me some suggestions to save money and let me know of a few things that I would need to keep an eye out for in the future. “I was so unhappy the last time I went. The installer messed up my tire pressure monitor. I went back to get it fixed and was told it would cost $700. At this point, I was done with the store. I only went back again to get a slow leak fixed in my tire and had no intention of ever going back and spending money. This time, they fixed my tire at no cost and reset the tire pressure monitor for free (was not broken after all). This is a great crew at the store now, hang on to them!”
