“I am very pleased with my bike purchase! My husband arranged for it to be delivered fully assembled, which made it such a special surprise. When we noticed the kickstand hadn’t been installed, he called the shop and they immediately came out the very next day to take care of it.

“I'm on a trip to Florida from ohio. Coming down, I bent the front rim on my bicycle. While in jacksonville, I found this establishment. I took my bicycle over there and he took a look at it. He put a new rim on and rushed it so I could have it the same day. What really impressed me was that when they texted me, I was on the other side of the community. I was not going to get there until 10 minutes after they close. They told me they would wait until I got there to make sure I got my bicycle back at the same day. I was very impressed. They had a great selection of different colors and types of bikes. I’d definitely recommend coming here”
“What a great bike shop. Super helpful and on it. My wife and I came in last Sunday during Mother’s Day and did a test ride on some Mango Longboards. I gave it a couple of days to let the emotions settle and decided to pull the trigger! I called about 3pm today to check on stock. Mason was super helpful on the phone and let me know they’d have to build one of the bikes I wanted. They built both bikes for me on the spot and even switched handlebars out and added cup holders when I kept changing my mind. Zoie and Mason are rockstars. Go see them and get a fun cruiser for you and the family. I’m glad we found the shop! We will definitely be back!”

“Tyler helped me literally in the parking lot as I was walking up with my son’s electric bike. He was already diagnosing the problem. I had explained that the brake cables were not working. He immediately started working on it and within 10 minutes problem solved. He replaced a cable and adjusted the other break. Very professional very friendly. Excellent service! I’ve had some bad experiences with bike repairs where I feel like I was being taken advantage of, but these guys are honest and hard-working. They saw me 10 minutes before closing and did not give me an attitude or a runaround. You will not be disappointed if you go here for all your bike needs. Thanks again, Bicycles, etc!”
