“Jamil is so kind and helped us out when we were given a gross vehicle from the airport. The SUV I was given at the airport was the only large one they had that day and was dirty and smelled like smoke. I called Avis customer service and was told to go to any Avis and switch my vehicle. I went to the nearest one, not realizing it was a small, in hotel location. I told Jamil my story and he tracked me down a different SUV and had it delivered within an hour to his location.
I was so appreciative, especially knowing this was not at all his problem to fix. But he did, and we were able to have a clean, fresh vehicle for the rest of our trip.
