“Ray Adieh is the best. I don't know why there are any bad reviews for this business, but I was 110% satisfied with the assistance he provided with my problem. In April, I was staying in Jacksonville for a couple nights on my way down to Sarasota from Augusta, Georgia. I found out I needed the vehicle I had for two weeks instead of one. I had to extend my rental an extra week which meant changing the drop off from Sarasota airport the next day to Tampa airport a week later. I thought this was going to be a real problem logistically and monetarily until Ray took over. In 5 minutes, he not only printed out my new contract for the extended week, he got me the same price I paid on the original contract with no extra charge for switching drop off locations. I found out from talking to Ray that he had extensive experience in prior employment in the field of "logistics" (perfect for his present position). It was also good to find out he was a Budget Independent Operator which means he had a vested interest in customer satisfaction. Thanks again, Ray.”
