“I went in here looking for mailing supplies, I had no idea where to even begin looking as I stood at the front of the store, an awesome manager greeted me and asked what I was looking for. She took me directly to the aisle and made some suggestions re: other things I might need. Why I find this refreshing is most of the time customer service is lost on the younger generation. They miss opportunities to help a customer and that customer walks out.”
