“We have been bringing our senior pomeranian here for 2 years now. The groomers are very nice and thorough. He has hips problems, so he can not stand for long times. He is always happy and trimmed properly, which is very hard to do with him. In the past, he wouldn't walk for a whole day after grooming from being sore, not now.
Highly recommend!”
“Really love this place better than the one on Southside. People are so much nicer here without the attitude I get on Southside.might have to drive out to the Beaches from now on, and they know there stuff why better than to try and sell me something that would of broken my robot. Yes they take coupons. Southside don't and won't take them and are very nasty about it.”
“The Atlantic Beach store is great! Rob is the most wonderful groomer! Referred several family members & friends to him. Staff friendly. Coupons & sales make shopping for our many fur kids fun and frequent!”
“Jeff is amazing. He is so helpful and resourceful! They even have a food truck and market days sometimes which is nice for shoppers to attend. The store is always clean and management rocks at this location.

“This is one of my favorite places to take my dog for a wash. They provide oatmeal shampoo and also conditioner. It's hard to find a dog wash place that provides the conditioner. Also, the staff is always friendly.”
“What an absolute breath of fresh air. The Rewards program is free you can choose to do Vital Care for $25 mo...but the free one is just fine. Got our pets annuals and wellness exam for very low cost and great vet & techs. We were shocked by the efficiency and cost...plus the staff is fantastic ?”

“We brought our dog in to get groomed , typically we come across issues because he is a puppy but Emily was able to do a amazing job on his haircut and based on her feedback our dog was very calm which speaks a lot on her persona and her energy that she has while she is working. He looks amazing for the holidays!”

The next time I stand in your store and I hear what sounds like a freight train or a semi truck coming to hit me from out the corner of the store because you have a curbside pick up on a tablet device is the day when I say entitlement has gone a little bit too far and there are much more effective ways of letting your staff know that a curbside pick up has arrived. You can use LED lights you can use a less obnoxious sound that doesn’t go off every two minutes to alert the staff and everyone in the store that someone is there to pick something up.”

“I couldn't believe it when I saw someone complained about the Store in Ponte Vedra. I have been shopping there at least once a week for well over 2 years and every employee there has always been extremely helpful, polite and professional. The store Manager, Brent, goes above and beyond to provide excellent Customer Service. The store is always clean, well stocked and the prices are fair. A lot of customers are regulars and everyone is friendly!”
